How do we work?
We spend the first 90 days, building out Standard Operating Procedures, Onboarding Training, and unlocking revenue at the current deal flow. After the “honey moon” phase we have a double opt in to countinue a long term relationship where we meet with the sales team 3 times a week to train and work through current deals. We have a minimal retainer and do incentive contracts that have milestone payouts
Who do we work with?
We only work with companies with at least $100k in revenue with a product or service that has evidence of delivering results. Signs that we look for are word of mouth growth, evidence of cross-selling to same customers, and low churn.

Desmond started his career as a chemical engineer and quickly realized he needed to experience being fulfilled in this line of work. Instead, he decided to follow his dream of being in sales, despite having zero experience and failing at his first door-to-door sales job. Desmond didn’t give up on his sales career and ultimately closed millions of dollars in revenue. Desmond now trains and leads sales teams for small business owners who want to get off sales calls and scale revenue. Are there any guarantees?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with our work after the 3 month promo period, we will work for free until satisfactory.
What if we aren’t happy and want to part ways?
We don’t want to handcuff someone to work with us, we have a clause in every agreement that states we can terminate the agreement at any time, and there will be periodic opt-out periods embedded in every agreement ranging from 6 to 12 months based on the scope of work.
What if we don’t have anything documented?
90% of the clients we work with dont have documentation and we strive to get that setup ASAP so that we can scale predictable processes.
Can you explain the payment schedule?
We have a 3-month promo period at a fraction of the cost of the normal retainer. After 3 month period, the client can opt in or out at a normal retainer to cover our cost to pay our team. We have 2 milestone periods setup at certain revenue goals where we will get paid a lump sum. We setup the payment process to make it as low risk for the client and for us to have long-term partners that we can scale with.
How involved are you with the team?
We hire, onboard, train, and fire the sales professionals on behalf of the client. All sales reps are contractors. We handle all the sales operations that ties down the business owner since managing sales personalities is time and energy tax on the business owner.
